We provide FREE DELIVERY with one of our chosen couriers for orders of £100 or more. Customised products will be shipped to your chosen address within 14 business days of your purchase date OR approval of proof (or sooner where possible) – whichever is later (turnaround time due to handmade nature of products). Non-customised products are dispatched within 3-7 working days of order being placed (or sooner where possible).

Items failed to be delivered and subsequently returned to us (after the three attempts from courier to deliver have failed) can be resent out at your own cost or will be donated to a local charity if not.
